Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person with bundles of energy, drive and enthusiasm.Working as part of a team you will provide support to internal and external customers with a can-do working style. This is a fast-paced role, and the successful candidate will have the ability to constantly prioritise workloads due to an ever-moving platform.This is an established company within a head office function, that offer a great culture with a work hard play hard attitude. This is a global organisation based in Turnford that have been trading for over 50 years.You will be working within a busy and vibrant office within an interesting role that offers variety and the opportunity to develop your skills.We are looking for someone with 3+ years experience within an administration role and youll need to be a confident communicator and able to liaise with people at all levels.Whats in it for you;

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking orders by phone or email, checking credit limits with accounts/process order through to supplier, confirm order back to customer/proforma invoice
  • Processing orders through supplier, putting on contracts where required on the system
  • Working closely with Directors
  • Liaising with the supplier and customers
  • Tracking orders of products from shipment to delivery
  • Keeping customers updated
  • Raising letters of credit for suppliers weekly
  • Track new products
  • Produce weekly stock reports
  • Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices
  • Arranging deliveries and dealing with incoming monthly invoice
