Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Workshop Manager for a premium independent specialist in the RH area.

Paying circa £40k basic
Working hours are 8-5:30 Mon - Fri withweekends 8-12pm
Involvement with modern and classic vehicles - this is genuine aftersales with discerning customers.
Ideally looking for a Technician that can handle customers and suppliers with courtesy for the premium experience.
Expansion plans in the future, with full training from the experts.

Salary - £up to £40,000Hours - Monday to Friday 1/4 Saturdays I am currently working with a independent prestige specialist who are looking for a Workshop Controller / Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Foreman/ Workshop Supervisor / Service Reception Manager in the Crawley area.

Supervising and motivating a team of Technicians and proactively reviewing daily workload to seek opportunities that will help drive performance.
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice.
Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
Providing technical information for Technicians during repair operations
Validating suppliers invoices.
Complying with Health & Safety regulations and ensuring high standards of housekeeping and security are achieved and maintained within the workshop and surrounding areas
Compliance and adherence to current legislation.
Managing and dealing with customer throughout the entire proecess
