Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Workshop Manager for a premium independent specialist in the RH area.

  • Paying circa £40k basic
  • Working hours are 8-5:30 Mon - Fri withweekends 8-12pm
  • Involvement with modern and classic vehicles - this is genuine aftersales with discerning customers.
  • Ideally looking for a Technician that can handle customers and suppliers with courtesy for the premium experience.
  • Expansion plans in the future, with full training from the experts.
Salary - £up to £40,000Hours - Monday to Friday 1/4 Saturdays I am currently working with a independent prestige specialist who are looking for a Workshop Controller / Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Foreman/ Workshop Supervisor / Service Reception Manager in the Crawley area.
  • Supervising and motivating a team of Technicians and proactively reviewing daily workload to seek opportunities that will help drive performance.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Providing technical information for Technicians during repair operations
  • Validating suppliers invoices.
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations and ensuring high standards of housekeeping and security are achieved and maintained within the workshop and surrounding areas
  • Compliance and adherence to current legislation.
  • Managing and dealing with customer throughout the entire proecess
