The ideal candidate will have good experience in the Service Advisor role, customer skills, organized and adaptable, and not shy of paperwork! Inaddition to this, you will also be involved in aspects of workshop control to keep your day fresh. You will be part of a small team in this well renowned family business, in a role which has come about due to ongoing increased workload. This role will suitexperienced Service Advisors, a Workshop Controller who wants more customer interaction, or a Technician looking to get off the tools. • Meet and greet customers, book in work, and keep clients updated
• Assist with workshop control and loading
• General admin, answering phone and emails
• Work with the rest of the team

Qualifications

• Relevant motor trade experience
• Technical knowledge beneficial

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary up to £35,000
• 8-530 M-F, 1 Sat a month 8-12
• Training given
• 24 days holiday + BH
• Small, friendly team
