Job Description

SEO Manager | Digital Agency | Tunbridge WellsCurteis Webb Recruitment are working with an award-winning digital agency near Tunbridge Wells. They provide website, app development and digital marketing solutions for their clients, a mix of blue-chip organisations and entrepreneurial start-ups.They are looking for a SEO Manager to lead on their client’s sites and be SEO and digital expert internally for the agency.The job…A variety of clients means no two projects are the same and you’ll be working with a range of industries and audiences. You’ll develop SEO strategy in house and with clients. Responsibilities include…

  • Lead on all things SEO from audit, proposal, strategy to execution and performance monitoring
  • Delegate and co-ordinate SEO related tasks to remote team of SEO Execs
  • Presentation of monthly reports to key contacts in each campaign
  • Support and guide the development team on SEO best practices, modules, extensions, etc.
  • Work with client services team to create and promote SEO packages
  • Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
What you’ll bring…A desire to work in a varied agency, confidence to liaise with clients and the internal team. Keen to find an environment where you can take ownership, have a voice, drive the direction and success of the team.
  • Proven experience and success in SEO
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Understand link building, viral strategies, local and long-tail search strategies, back-end SEO, building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERP’s
  • Experience with Google services
  • Understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO
  • Know how to create reports and offer insight
