Job Description

Sales Negotiator/New Homes AdministratorSalary: Basic £25k + uncapped OTELocation: Tunbridge WellsHours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. Ad-hoc Saturdays when required with time off in lieu.You must have a full UK driving licence and own transport to apply!Do you want to work for a well-established independent estate agent that offers a friendly, proactive working environment, great training, a varied and busy role with the opportunity to earn great commission and further your career If so, I have a greatopportunity to join my client’s property sales department based out of their offices in Tunbridge Wells.You will already have a background within an estate agent within property sales, have great communication and rapport building skills and have a genuine passion for the property industry.Responsibilities:

  • Administrative assistance for busy Land & New Homes Department
  • Preparation of marketing material
  • Developer/Client liaison
  • Sales progression
  • Registering applicants
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating sales.
  • Purchaser and vendor care
  • Updating the CRM system accurately
To apply for the role, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Great communication skills.
  • Proven background in Estate agency - selling properties.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
  • Great IT skills inclusive of Word, Excel and using inhouse CRM systems.
  • Organised and good administrative skills.
  • Enjoy working to targets and KPI’s contributing to the success of the team’s overall performance.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment.
