Job Description

Do you have strong Customer Service experienceAre you a Confident CommunicatorAre you fully IT literateWe are an established Recruitment Agency based in Tunbridge Wells town centre looking for a Consultant to join the team. This is a varied role and will encompass:

  • Resourcing candidates
  • Building a rapport with both clients and candidates
  • Collating and verifying documentation
  • Advertising roles on job boards and Social Media sites
To excel in this position you will need:
  • To be a confident communicator who is able to negotiate and handle difficult conversations
  • To be organised and able to multi-task
  • A good eye for detail
Most importantly however is self-motivation and determination.
