Your responsibilities will encompass:* Diary Management: Daily orchestration of schedules, adept rescheduling, and ensuring seamless navigation of daily agendas.* Client Liaison: Engaging with clients, providing them with impeccable service, and embodying the professionalism of our firm.* Administrative Support: Handling a range of tasks for our partners, including minimal letter typing, sending communications, and managing our paperless system efficiently.* Email Screening and Workload Management: Prioritising and managing emails, efficiently handling workload on behalf of the partner.* Expense Management: Overseeing and managing expenses effectively.* Booking and Coordination: Organising travel, training, and meetings with finesse.The Ideal Candidate: While legal experience is beneficial, what they truly seek is an individual with prior PA experience, someone who thrives in an organised environment and possesses excellent communication skills.
