Job Description

A very well-established Tunbridge Wells-based commercial and residential property management company are searching for a lettings assistant to join their growing team.This role will involve assisting the Lettings Manager with day-to-day tasks, managing the lettings inbox, and communicating with clients and customers.Responsibilities: Provide support to the Head of Lettings Liaise with external property managers and tenants where necessary Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and applicants Carry out ad-hoc viewings and routine visits as and when required. Co-ordination of appointments Prepare pre-tenancy paperwork Liaise with Internal Managers including Maintenance, Facilities, Health & Safety and IT. Maintain property database A key interest in a housing and property management career Someone with, or willing to work towards an ARLA qualification Someone with a track record of working with tenants and landlords Preferably with experience in Leasehold management, estate agency or lettings services Energised, self-motivated and willing to learnExperience and Skills required: Positive & enthusiastic attitude Strong communicator both written and verbally A full UK driving license. Ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills Ability to work on their own initiative Practical, commercial, can-do approachPerks of the Role;

  • Fantastic starting salary-£21,000-£23,000 (Experience-dependent)
