Job Description

Email Designer for Leading Fashion Retailer Up to 35k!We are working with a creative and innovative online retail company that are experiencing exponential growth. We are looking for a talented Email Designer to join their creative team, for this position you will need to have 2/3 years of commercial experiencewith a portfolio to support.This role will require you to be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing email designs, you will be working closely with the Editorial and Marketing teams from briefing to delivery.Our ideal candidate will be confident with excellent communication skills with a proven record of producing high quality work across multiple projects and experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Dreamweaver and Photoshop s essential!Location: Tunbridge Wells, (2 times a month in office required) Salary: Up to 35k!Key responsibilities

      • Work cross functionally with the creative, CRM and Marketing team
      • Develop and Maintain both new and existing email templates and creative designs
      • Be strong in your communication skills, be able to adapt situations and handle objections assertively
      • Gather data form arrange of stakeholders and distil it quickly/push boundaries when solving problems
      • Always be willing to accept new/extra work and mentor those around you, we are all about being team players!
      • Network with internal and external teams to build longstanding relationships
Our expectations for the ideal candidate:
      • Proficient in Adobe CC; Sketch and InVision
      • Proven track record of designing and developing email campaigns
      • Understanding of email best practice
      • Strong knowledge across Modular and responsive HTML and CSS for email marketing
      • Understanding of Content Management Systems and media management workflows
      • Knowledge across cross-client / platform issues, code solutions
