Working from our beautiful Norwich based offices; using a bespoke diary management system, to effectively assist with scheduling works to provide a quick and efficientservice in ensuring concerns are attended and completed within the agreed timeframe.This is a fast paced and busy working environment, dealing with inbound and out calls and maintaining databases and engineers information and diaries as required.As the Support Administrator, you will liaise with and coordinate the team and sub- contractors. You will oversee the investigation of complaints and respond to queries for clients, staff and engineers swiftly and effectively, offering resolution with minimumimpact on service delivery.You will be the first point of contact in the office, and will between the client and the engineer assist with the delivery of management information and attend team meetings and assist with recording and maintaining data for reporting.You will need: You will have previous experience of working alongside a team; you will have the ability to prioritise your work and act on your own initiative if required.
