Sales AdministratorNewcastle-under-Lyme£18k - £22k DOEOffice HoursMonday - FridayThrive when multitasking and working to deadlines, have a naturally positive and passionate attitude with an innate customer focused approach If so, we would love to hear from you!Our client is a forward thinking, environmentally and ethically aware, and well-established supply chain and business solutions provider, who is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and enthusiastic team.Role:As the Sales Administrator, you will deal directly with inbound customer queries, both service and sales related.You will also be expected to:* Efficiently liaise with other departments, including Account Managers.* Process sales orders, send order confirmations, confirm approval of sales quotes.* Assist with returns (offer and recommend alternatives, send back-order notifications, carry out follow ups).* Handle and effectively resolve any issues or complaints (low-level), or delivery enquiries that arise, and generally provide excellent customer service.* Take care of Key Accounts when required to and with direction from Account Managers.* Upsell when able to.Requirements:As the Sales Administrator, you will present outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.You will also be expected to have/be: * Able to manage a very busy workload and prioritise the high number of tasks incoming, and previous experience of doing so.* Excellent administration skills.* Experience of dealing with complaints.* Able to work autonomously and as a part of a team.* Excellent IT skills.* Previous experience of working within an industry that deals with office products/furniture, janitorial products, or PPE/workwear would be beneficial.This is brilliant opportunity for the right person to join an established, fast-growing business, offering fantastic career potential.
