Spiral Production Operative Manchester, Old Trafford£22,869 rising to £23,369 after 12-week probation period + £500 - Spiral tube machine trainingOur client has a great opportunity for a Spiral Production Operative to produce spirally wound tube of the highest quality using the onsite Spiral Forming machine. You will ensure that all lockseams are tight, that end treatment renders the product safeto handle and complies with the specifications and tolerances. You will maintain stock to ensure that we can meet customers demand and delivery requirements and liaise with the Branch Manager and Sales teams to complete project orders. You’ll have a good awarenessof health and safety and will maintain our high standards, always keeping the work area and machinery clean and tidy and ensuring that you adhere to the safe handling Company policy.Our ideal candidate will have production operative experience and have worked in a similar role and or environment. A counterbalance and or reach forklift licence is essential, as well as demonstrable experience of working with machinery (ideally formingmachinery).
