Part Time Credit ControllerTrafford Park – Flexi hoursSalary - £13 per hourCurrently working with a large retail outfit, with over 45 years industry experience they have worked alongside global entities to source and supply the best products and services to their customers. With a dynamic and pro-active approach to what they do,my client is currently looking to expand their Credit Control function.Looking to recruit an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic Credit Controller to support the day-to-day management of the sales ledger.Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader you will be involved in all aspects of credit control.The role is part time ideally Mon-Fri 9.30am to 2.30pm (some flexibility with hours & days) .Join a business that is going through a period of growth and developmen t!Personal Benefits

Daily Duties

Managing and Collecting debts from an assigned selection of company debtors
Respond and Resolve
Processing and allocating incoming funds
Reconciling accounts
Providing administrative support to finance team
Reducing/eliminating overdue debts while adhering to credit and collection procedures
Regularly contacting customers by telephone and email to build strong relationships
Assessing credit requests
Issue reports detailing customer payment shortfalls and aged debt analysis
Post journals to clear deductions from the sales ledger
Maintenance of the ERP system

Personal Profile

Previous Credit Control experience ideally in a Stock & Export environment
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
Knowledge of Credit Insurance Policies and management
Experience working with Global suppliers
Attention to detail with good analytical skills
The ability to prioritise a heavy workload and be flexible in approach
Desirable – Previous experience on Dynamics Nav or similar ERP system
