You will develop, implement and continuously review a consistent social media strategy for various target groups of individuals within our customers’ organisations You will manage, execute and assess social media activities within the region Northern Europe, aligning to our overall brand, communication and digital strategy. Youll define target audience, content, timing and means of communication for these social media activities Teamwork will be key - youll need to achieve strategic buy-in from local and global stakeholders, including liaising with the global social media team to translate global objectives, ensure best-practice and influence global strategy You will inspire and enable Hilti employees in all areas of the business to use social media for a positive business impact, understanding the needs and pressures of local markets and the adaptation this may require.
