Job Description

Morsonare the UKs leading technical recruitment agency, with 50yearsexperience, a turnover in excess of £860 million and offices across the world, we supply engineers and technical expertise to some of the worlds biggest brands.We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and proactive individualto join us as a HR Recruitment Consultant for our Professional Services team. This would suit someone at Consultant level or likewise someone at a more senior level. This role is a full 360role incorporating the business development of new clients within the HR industry, whilst delivering against the existing requirements we currently have. Experience within HR recruitment specifically is a must, as we are looking for someone who can hit theground running as and develop the business around them. This could be a temporary or permanent desk - or indeed a combination of both. There is a great opportunity to earn on bonus here, as someone more senior.This role can be based at our Trafford Park HQ or at our Leeds office.Role Responsibilities -

  • Working with existing clients to take comprehensive job brief
  • End to end Contract recruitment
  • Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
  • Proactively manage a database of candidates
  • Ensure candidates are kept informed and receive a high level of customer service
  • Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
  • Resource/ Headhunt candidates
  • Ensure that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements and resolve any queries regarding salary, absences or any other factors which may affect performance
