You will ensure that data is validated and accurate, assist in identifying issues so that they are resolved efficiently and ensuring that the teamdeliver customer expectations and SLAs.We have a great team culture with a strong work ethic and are looking for people who are enthusiastic, ambitious and want to be part of an exciting company.Responsibilities: Understand and comply with project management processes and procedures. Proactively support project team in planning and delivering client projects/programs. Assist Project Manager/project team with the coordination of resources. Conduct quality controls within deadlines to ensure deliverables meet compliance. Track project progress and collaborate with project team to ensure completion within time and budget. Monitor project progress and escalate potential issues to Project Manager and/or Partners. Always create a positive and professional environment. Strong communication and organisation skills. An awareness of customer service or previous experience working within a customer service environment.
