We are looking for a high calibre individual, who wants to apply their passion for ecommerce in the role of a Optimisation Manager in a high-growth industry.You will be integral in creating a relevant plan leveraging onsite elements such as Search & Merchandising.What you will be doingHelping contribute to create a test and learn mentality within all areas of optimisationHelp to plan, review, and quantify parts of the optimisation roadmapDevelop Search & Merch capabilities to create a best in class solution for all brandsAnalysing test results and compile detailed view of outcomes and learningAlways looking to develop new strategies and tactics that will help drive onsite performance for each of the brandsWorking closely with the team to provide relevant analysis and ensure the availability of insights relative to our KPIsLead on working toward personalisation and an audience-based strategies onsiteWorking closely with UX / UI team to ensure all proposals align with the strategy and deliver on an intuitive user experienceSkillSetExperience in using and managing Search & Merch tools like Algolia, Attraqt, etcAbility to identify areas of change, recommend future actions and help manage implementationHighly organised with the ability to adapt to strategic change and outcomesPassionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences and an interest in wider digital practicesB2C Ecommerce experience (Preferred, but not essential)If this sounds of interest, get in touch!
