Job Description

We are looking for a high calibre individual, ideally with 3+ years experience, who wants to apply their passion for data and statistics in the role of a Digital Analyst in a high-growth industry.The individual will collate data from multiple sources for use in reports, tactical packs and strategic insights. To be able to create and own regular business reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Google Data Studio. Analyseonline user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, provide funnel analysis to deliver actionable insightsHands on experience on digital marketing tools and CRM channels (SEO, Affiliates, Email, Paid Social, Social Listening). Understanding about Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.Partner with UX and CRO teams to run A/B tests that will deliver fundamental improvements to customer journey and checkout funnels.Being competent with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Skype is desired.You will be based in Trafford Park and will occasionally have to travel.Essential Skills and Experience:As a minimum requirement we are seeking people who possess the following skills and hands-on experience: Good BI skills and proven experience of Google Tag Manager (essential). Must have a good working knowledge of SQL, T-SQL and PowerBI / Python. Able to run Exploratory data analysis (EDA) on data using statistical methods. Hands on experience on digital marketing tools and CRM channels (SEO, Affiliates, Email, Paid Social, Social Listening). Understanding about Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. Have some knowledge of building and modifying relational databases. Data formatting and transformations. Use of statistical programs forecasting, descriptive or predictive modelling: methods include Chaid/decision tree, cluster analysis, regression modelling. Utilising marketing systems such as FastStats, Viper or similar for statistical analysis and reporting. The development and implementation of statistical models in a production environment. Development of bespoke analytical, management and marketing reports based on client requirements. Providing statistical analysis training and user support for marketing databases managed by the client. Interpreting and presenting results and findings back.
