Job Description

We are ambitious for you and we care.The roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Key Account Manager to join the Morson Training team.What a typical day would look like -

  • Act as a point of contact for Morson Training for clients and the delivery team.
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure that Morson are the go to organisation for training requirements
  • Respond to initial training queries within SLAs
  • Utilise the integrated booking system to build courses and distribute training records in line with agreed KPIs
  • Coordinate training courses including sourcing venues and equipment where necessary.
  • Plan and organise the training schedule of the delivery team
  • Complete pre-course checks and communicate/resolve issues with the clients, prior to training
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Support the smooth running the monthly forums
  • General assistance with admin function where required
  • Order stationary, key point cards, logbooks etc, where requested.
  • Assist with the attraction and integration of new external clients through extremely high levels of customer service and dedication.
  • Assist with resolution of identified areas of concern with the Management team.
  • Promote course availability through weekly mailshots to external client base.
