Job Description

Hayley Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Key Account Co-ordinator to join our well-established and experienced team based at our Manchester branch in our Rail Division. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.Hayley Group is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables in the UK. We are an equal opportunities employer, currently employing over 1,000 people who continue to be a cornerstone of our business and arefundamental to providing industry-leading customer service.About the role:As our Key Account Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for working with management and colleagues to identify improvements to services and products, as well as managing key customer accounts, your role is crucial in ensuring the successand growth of the company.Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to FridayKey responsibilities as our Key Account Co-ordinator will include:

  • Maintaining the customer order book.
  • Participating in customer review sessions.
  • Utilising the IT system to identify source and quote items.
  • Performing miscellaneous tasks as requested.
Skills & Attributes were looking for in our Key Account Co-ordinator:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of engineering products is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in the use of basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn about new technologies and products.
