Your responsibilities include:Executing the Regional Lean program (across all functions in market organization)Developing and aligning LEAN roadmaps with line Management. Ensure the implementation of agreed targets and roadmaps according to our LEAN programMonitoring, auditing and tracking the delivery of LEAN across the value stream to continuously improve processes and performanceDriving and coaching the business on LEAN projects along the Value Chain (focusing on cross functional Value Stream projects) with strong business impacts on global level KPI improvementsEmbedding best-practices and process standards, developing new LEAN tools and triggering implementationQualifying, enabling and coaching the organization to drive LEAN. Develop, maintain and conduct training programs and knowledge management to develop skills and facilitate experienceSetting a focus on promoting a LEAN mind-set and empowering project members to take over responsibility and consequently drive self-reliantly LEAN projectsActively supporting new behavior, to drive LEAN to the next level – be a change agent and coachWhat do we offerWe really value our people and weve worked hard to develop a competitive reward package that reflects this.   • Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills (stakeholder management)
  • Experience in LEAN across various functions
  • Expertise in LEAN methods (e.g. SFM, 5S, Value Stream Analysis, Standard work, etc.)
  • Sound project and business process management experience and skills.
  • Lean qualification (six sigma greenbelt, LCS accreditation, etc) is an asset
