Job Description

Job title: Junior Client Service AdministratorSalary: £15,000 - £16,000 per year Location: Trafford Park (M17)Based on site Job Purpose:My client is looking for someone who can provide a first class service to all clients and internal customers. Support the client through their experience and be the communication link between clients, sales, fieldand operational staff.Main job duties:

  • Managing email inbox
  • Managing customer admin files
  • Sending samples out
  • Ordering sample stock & labelling samples
  • Sending fitter packs out to clients prior to work commencing
  • Later down the line you will be required to:
  • Call customers to check details are correct on the account
  • Confirm remedials
  • Progress paperwork
  • Take ownership.coordinate designers/workers
  • Primary requirements:
  • To Be able to work unsupervised
  • Cover in a colleagues absence
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Complete understanding of overall office operations
  • Able to perform any duties requested by the CS Team Manager within the employees capabilities
  • Person Specification:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • IT literate
  • Well organised
  • Ability to "think outside the box"
  • Experience in the a furniture industry would be advantageous but not essential
