Job Description

Do you currently provide HR support to employees in the UK and across Europe Do you have experience with the requirements, regulations and data guidelines in the UK and European countries Our client, a global chemical manufacturing business, are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join them on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will be analytical and a problem solver, dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements. HR Operations Specialist6 months contractSalary – dependent on experienceMonday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:45pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm3 days working from home per week, 2 days on site.ManchesterHR Operations Specialist Job Description

  • Data entry and audits in local and global HR systems, including HRIS and time and attendance tools and systems.
  • Support with recruitment activities and issuing employment contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate and support requirements for employee relations including disciplinaries.
  • Operational support for the UK and Europe
  • Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with statuary and regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
HR Operations Specialist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Several years’ experience working for a global or matrix organisation.
  • Experience and understanding of requirements, regulations and data privacy guidelines in the UK and European countries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and using HRIS platforms.
