Job Description

HGV Class 2 Drivers -Manchester - Monday toFriday - Various Shifts - Up to £8 p/h - Immediate Starts - Apply Today!Ignition Driver Recruitment are actively seeking qualified HGV Class 2 Drivers in theManchester area, to work as an HGV Class 2 Driver, one of the North Wests leading Transport & Distribution companies, in the general haulage industry.YOU MUST HAVE A FULL & VALID CLASS 1 LICENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.Why should you work for Ignition Driving Recruitment asan HGV Class 2 Driver

Responsibilities & Duties for our HGV Class 2 Drivers:
  • Driving a HGV Class 2 vehicle
  • Delivering stock to Regional Distrubution Centres
  • Multi Drop Deliveries
  • Minimal manual handling
  • Vehicle Checks pre and post shift& route paperwork as standard
TheShift times & working hours of an HGV Class 2 Driver:
  • Ongoing work
  • Various shift times available
    • Day Shifts (Start Bands between 05:00 and 09:00)
    • Night Shifts (Start Bands between 18:00 and 22:00)
What do we need from you to be an HGV Class 2 Driver
  • Full Class 2 driving licence with a minimum 1 yeardriving experience
  • 90 days tacho recordedwithin the last 180 days
  • We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements
  • Digi Tachograph &DCPC Card required
  • Completion of a driving assessment
