Job Description

A Market-Leading Multi-Million ecommerce Company is looking to expand the team with the hire of a skilled Customer Insight Analyst.Were looking for an engaged and motivated Customer Insight Analyst to join our clients growing BI team based in Manchester. The role of the Customer Insight Analyst is to support the BI Strategy and act as a Business Partner across key functions to ensuredelivery of the required reporting, analysis and insight needs.Essential Skills and Experience:As a minimum requirement we are seeking people who possess the following skills and hands-on experience:

  • Customer insight generation (identifying and collecting appropriate customer related data such as trading %, churn, AOF, purchasing patterns etc).
  • Join up insights from across different sources to provide the business with a holistic understanding of the market.
  • Working with external agencies and data providers, ensuring timely delivery of relevant and actionable insight
  • Excellent analytics skills with the ability to draw concise insights from large sets of data
  • 3+ years experience with some of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SQL, R/Python, Microstrategy/Tableau or Mixpanel
  • Competent in creating, developing and maintaining BI reports (Preferably Power BI)
  • Have some knowledge of building and modifying relational databases
  • Data formatting and transformations
  • Use of statistical programs forecasting, descriptive or predictive modelling: methods include Chaid/decision tree, cluster analysis, regression modelling.
  • The development and implementation of statistical models in a production environment.
