Credit ControllerTrafford Park, Manchester£25,000- £28,000

My client is a widespread logistics and haulage company, serving over 20,000 customer accounts nationwide. They are dedicated to sustainability throughout their service and are currently the global market leader in their speciality.A thrilling credit controller role is arriving, working specifically to the B2B standards, in a largely important role for the accounts and finance team.About the Role
  • Maximising cash collection and minimising debt against set company targets.
  • Resolution of invoice queries.
  • Financial Investigation and approval of potential customers.
  • Maintaining age debt to agreed standards and issuing of 7 day reminders to overdue accounts.
  • Bad debt and liquidation management.
  • Review and updating of customer credit limits and applications.
Experience required for Credit Controller
  • At least 3 years experience in a credit control position.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
  • Organised and self-motivated, especially while handling multiple large scale accounts.
  • Able to handle stress and pressure, remaining calm in difficult situations.
  • Professional and confident phone manner.
