They boast an extensive in-house fleet of modern, fully maintained high-tech plant and machinery and a directly employed team of industry experts.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial data. The successfulcandidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Responsibilities:·Manage and oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.·Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.·Manage and develop a team of commercial staff.·Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.·Provide strategic direction to the company and contribute to its overall growth and development.·Work closely with other departments to ensure that business objectives are met.·Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Requirements:·Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.·At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or civil engineering industry.·Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.·Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.·Strong leadership and people management skills.·Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.·Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.·Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Why You Should Apply:
