Over the next five years we have ambitious plans to double the size of our business, increasing our annual revenue to £200 million, and we need the best talent the industry has to offer to help us achieve this.Key Responsibilities of the 2nd Line Systems Engineer role:Due to our continued growth we are currently looking for 2nd Line Systems Engineers to join our team based within our LDeX datacentre in Manchester.As a 2nd Line Systems Engineer you will be responsible for resolving a wide range of customer issues and escalating support requests where necessary to ensure that queries are resolved in line with agreed SLAs. Within the role you will also be required to complete a variety of tasks including managing and maintaining monitoring queues for both iomart and infrastructure alerts, server configuration and network support, managing back-ups, and supporting tasks in a datacentre environment.
