Secondary Cover Supervisor - Tower Hamlets, East LondonAt Engage, we’re working with a school in Tower Hamlets, East London to recruit a full-time cover supervisor that can join the team in its commitment to improving the attainment of all pupils. We welcome applications from candidates withany level of experience, although previous experience of working with students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage. If you are an aspiring teacher, or an experienced cover supervisor looking for a position, this opportunity could be ideal for you.This role could also suit a candidate with experience of working as a Youth Worker or Behaviour Mentor.About the roleYou will be leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects at a school in Tower Hamlets, East London beginning ASAP You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education, and will be a part of a close and dynamic team. This role has very little planning and marking.About you

Experience working with students aged 11-16
Flexibility to work in different subjects
Confident managing behaviour
An ability to build rapport with students
An interest in education
Be able to provide 2 professional reference
