Job Description

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our academy as Operations and Communications Manager.Your opportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to support a thriving school. Your role will include:

  • Undertaking all elements of office admin to ensure the efficient, effective and smooth running of the office
  • Overseeing and manage all weekly communications, media and marketing activity
  • Additional strategic marketing responsibilities and specific projects, including creating and reproducing the academy organiser and planner, and leading one-off media marketing and signage projects
  • Leading onsocial media for the school including at least daily Tweets, Instagram posts and other opportunities for promoting the school
  • Ensuringall pupil data is up to date on Bromcom, including the annual promotion of classes
  • Ensuring compliance of all weekly office activity including GDPR, H&S, medical needs and website
  • Organising all school events, including staff training events in school, conferences, parents evenings, INSET days, school fairs, concerts and performances
