The successful candidate will be given wonderful flexibility with the termtime only working pattern, offering the chance to spend more time with family, focus on studies, or the opportunity to spend your summer travelling!The Finance Assistants key responsibilities include:- Work with the other Finance Assistants in the team to manage the transactional finance function, with responsibilities such as processing invoices and completing weekly Bacs payments.- Getting involved with the month-end duties such as posting journals, accruals, and prepayments to support the Finance Business Partner.- Play a pivotal role in the maintaining excellent relationships between the organisation and their customers.The successful candidate will:- Ideally have previous experience in the education sector, and with the accounting system PS Financials in order to hit the ground running in this position.- Have vast experience in the transactional finance function and be able to perform these tasks in a timely manner.- Be immediately available, or on a short notice period, so you can get started in this role ASAP!If you feel as though this Finance Assistant role sounds like you, please don’t hessite in applying as applications are being reviewed daily!
