Job Description

Do you want to work in a fast-growing sector within luxury property on a brand-new development and be part of the opening team Do you have a passion for delivering 5* customer service and building a great relationship with clients / residentsIf so, this role may be ideal for you. Our client is searching for an experienced Concierge to work from 6am – 6pm on a 4 on 4 off rota, providing customer service to residents, monitoring the development, and reporting any activity to the day team / property management.Were looking for an organised and motivated individual who wants to join a growing company in a growing sector.The general duties for the position are but not limited to:• Provide a daily point of contact for tenants for general enquiries, reactive maintenance throughout the building and amenity spaces and provide updates on progress.• Assist senior CRM with viewings and tenant inductions/check ins.• Ensure all keys are coded and held securely and are signed for on release/return by contractors/ customers/ letting agent and records kept.• Assisting with property inventories where required.• Receive and sign for all parcels on behalf of The Gessner residents.• Ensure prompt delivery of parcels where required.• Return any incorrectly addressed mail to Royal Mail.• Obtain and record meter readings for customers, letting agent and Management.• To undertake any administrative tasks as requested by Management.• Ensure no smoking throughout the building is strictly adhered to.If you feel you suit this role and have relevant experience from within luxury residences, hotels, or student accommodation, please do apply.
