Job Description

Thislarge global retail company is based in Edmonton N9, so ideally car drivers would be best as the location is a bit remote. Parking is available. Working in a Regional Head Office.Working hours are 40 hours a week with a flexible choice of start timeof either 8.00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5.00pm.Looking for someone with HR experience, prepared to the extra mile, with good energy, enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude.Minimum of 12 monthsHR experience is required.This temporary HR role is running for 2 months but could progress on longer depending onworkload.Requirements:

Dealing with HR correspondence and queries
Supporting HR managers with new starter paperwork and organising new starter welcome days
Managing HR welcome events
Operating Excel - need to be confident on this!
Attending HR grievancemeetings and taking minutes (non-verbatim)
Organising staff rotas
Coordinating new starter process in conjunction with the HR Recruitment Manager

This role will not involve interviewing potential employees.URGENT HR TEMPORARY ROLE SO YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.Please note that this role is represented by REEDBusiness Support in Enfield.
