Built Estates Manager£38,000 - £40,000Mainstay are working with a leading service provider who are looking for a Estates Manager for a single site in Portsmouth. This role will be managing hard services working closely with the client and engineering team.The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a facilities or site manager and a passion for excellent customer service with a background in M&E.Role:- Facilities Manager looking after a large single site in Portsmouth.- Deliver agreed contracted FM services within hard services, other specialist services and sub-contractors.- Manage and coordinate the on-site team.- Manage all FM staff on site and dealing with sickness and staff performance.- Ensure all KPIs/SLAs are adhered too and in line with the companys business plan.- Manage Health & Safety and compliance on site and ensure high standards are always delivered.- Liaise with the project team and the client for all billable works under £25k across the site.- Covering other sites as part of the out of hours Duty Management team dealing with major incidents and escalations- Dealing with the client management team on site ensuring transparent and smooth communication.Company:- A global Facilities Management service provider.Candidate:- Previous experience as a Facilities Manager essential ideally on a hard service- Hard services qualifications desirable and IOSH or NEBOSH, it would be great if you started out on the tools with strong engineering background.- Previous experience working with a CAFM system and background working for FM providers.- Passion for FM and delivering high end service to the client.- Self-motivated and possess strong problem-solving skills.- Confident liaising with various levels on the contract from engineers and sub-contractors to senior level contacts on the client side.- Full UK drivers license and willing to cover other sites for all incidents that occur.- Must be able to pass high level security clearance
