Youll be working with amazing and unique individualswho will make you smile with their humour, ability and progress.About you:You will have experience in leading a team as well as being able to demonstrate experiences and knowledge of supporting people in a proactive, person centred way.Youll need to be flexible as youll be working a shift pattern.The Role:Youll be supporting residents to live as independently as possible, acting as a senior member of staff on shift and be confident in supporting our residents and staff teamYoull be building and maintaining lasting relationships with residents and their families. Youll be taking residents out and about walking, local cafes, local lunch clubs and coffee mornings, singing groups, outdoor parks and gardens.
