Job Description

Job descriptionOur client based in St.Austell are looking for a qualified mechanical fitter to join their team for a 6 week contract to carry out maintenance within a site. The position is working a normal weekday daywork pattern (Monday-Friday).Qualifications & Experience

  • Have a high level of Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness;
  • Have experience with carrying out maintenance to mechanical process equipment in a similar heavy industrial environment;
  • Industrial electrical experience & certification/qualification would be an advantage;
  • Welding certification/qualification would be an advantage;
Skills & Person Specification
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills;
  • CSCS Card
  • Be flexible to work in different areas as required and have the ability to work to demanding and changing priorities;
  • To be reliable, conscientious, self-motivated and have a willingness to learn;
  • Have a full, valid and clean valid driving license.
