Job Description

A growing company is seeking an Operations Support Manager with a can do, will do attitude to deliver their potential and aspire for further career progression, training, and potential promotion within the organisation. You must have good personal &communication skills, be able to work unsupervised and possess good team player qualities. In return, the Support Manager will receive a starting salary of £10.50 per hour rising to £11.25 per hour after 3 months and then rising to £12.50 per hour after 6 months probationary period. You will be offered cash incentives for good performance (guardof the month), employee referral payments, employee benefit platform and a group pension scheme.Successful candidates will be working nights & weekends with some days. Part of a rolling shift pattern 48 hours +. This operations vacancy is covered by the working time regulations.As an Operations Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out regular checks of designated properties outside normal working hours.
  • Providing a key holding services to designated customers.
  • Reacting to alarm activation on portfolio properties.
  • Being the out-of-hours point of contact for all operational matters and to make decisions where necessary.
  • Completing patrols/RFID hits as contracted by the customer.
  • Completing officer welfare visits where applicable and report to senior management any incidents or occurrences during the OOH period.
  • Providing thorough reports on any alarm activations/incidents at the end of each shift.
  • Conducting thorough handovers with other members of the team to ensure all operational requirements/instructions are passed on.
We are looking for an Operations Support Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
  • Strong communication and administration skills with good attention to detail are essential, with excellent inter-personnel skills.
  • Computer Literate, primarily using Microsoft applications.
  • Flexible attitude toward work, with good commercial awareness and customer focus.
  • Passionate about customer service with a Can Do attitude.
  • Must have an SIA Licence plus a Full UK driving Licence.
