Customer Service Advisor£9.90 per hourTividaleFull Time, PermanentWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in our Head office in Tividale, reporting to the Head of Customer Services and Operations Support were looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent customer service.Rotala plc is an AIM listed company operating commercial and subsidised bus routes for businesses and local authorities, for both publicly and privately. With turnover of £70m the national business comprises of 5 companies with approximately 1800 employeesacross 9 sites in the North West, Midlands and Heathrow.RoleThis role will lead and manage the customer complaints process, lead on communications designed to inform customers and provide a consistent quality of service, report on customer complaints and customer satisfaction performance and help us manage the customerexperience.You will be a key player in the Customer Service team working with the Operational Team, using your knowledge of the requirements for the operation of passenger carrying vehicles to Identify and resolve day to day customer issues, providing updates and escalatekey issues or concerns to the Head of Customer Services and Operational Support.The working hours are 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) you may be required to work weekends and anti-social hours as well as statutory holidays. A flexible approach toward working hours is required to ensure effective cover throughout each day of operation.Core Responsibilities
