We are looking for a Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker to join an outstanding Childrens Home located in Tiptree, Essex.The organisation specialises in providing best-in-class care and support for children and young people who have complex needs. £27,500 - £31,500 per annum including sleep-in allowance

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
Recent experience working with Children and Young People with complex and challenging behaviours.
Full UK Driving Licence.
