Job Description

This service helps NHS Trusts to demonstrate strong values in both information governance and security. You willbe the point of contact for our clients dealing with queries such as creation and deactivation for smartcards and a variety related issues employees may have.Maybe youre that certain someone were searching for! Someone with experience of working in an office environment, preferably in role that required a keen eye for detail and a focus on the accuracy of data entry. Someone who can build good working relationshipswith colleagues and clients alike.This is a hybrid role with up to 3 days a week visiting our Southampton office, with flexible shift patterns to help achieve a suitable work/ life balance.What youll be doing:

  • Processing new smartcard requests
  • Issuing smartcards to specific client locations.
  • Build replacement cards
  • Processing any leaver requests
  • Updating access rights on our internal system
  • Contact the client and their employees to resolve queries
  • Using Excel to capture and maintain management information for reporting purposes.
What youll bring:
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • High standard of written communication
  • Strong organisation skills to complete tasks on time and according to process
  • Ability to work as part of an effective team
  • An understanding of how to work with personal data
It would be great if you had:
  • Experience in Employee Services/ HR
  • Experience in SLA driven environment
