Job Description

Digital Services Trainer (Cerner) Agency Reference Number: J66105Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS Trust based in Guildford to recruit a Digital Services Manager to provide comprehensive training, user guidance and support to improve business and clinical processes through electronic applications and systemsfor the Trust and satellite sites across the local health community.Rate: £126.38 PAYE (inc HP) IR35 Status: InsideDuration: 3 months until 31/03/20235 days on site Job Responsibilities:

Work as part of the Digital Services team and the Trust to support the development of the service, such that it continues to support the business needs of the organisation
Deliver a programme of training in line with the Digital Services Training teams annual plans and standard operating procedures for training
Assist in the planning and delivery of a Digital Services training programme
Evaluate and assess new versions of software to provide appropriate training to users
Deliver end user training of the Trusts Digital Services managed systems, such as EPR, to all levels of staff across the organisation in line with the standard operating procedure for systems training

Essential Experience:

Significant experience training on clinical IT applications in a healthcare setting, ideally Cerner
Experience in performance coaching individuals and groups
Ran both remote and face to face training to a wide audience of clinicians and senior management
Ideally have experience of working in an NHS environment
