Job Description

Do you have the ability to lead, develop and encourage a team of people Do you have excellent processing experience and able to use Excel for reporting at an intermediate levelWorking within NHSSBSs financial and accounting service line. The role involves management of own and teams daily workload, monitoring of work queues, quality reporting, measures and feedback mechanism. You will also have staff responsibility in termsof 121s, competency reviews, objective settings and development plans. With a focus on continuous improvement and change management. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach in accepting and driving change forward whilst ensuring that an excellentcustomer experience is maintained.We would consider applications from Leeds. Sheffield and Bristol. You will be expected to attend your closest office as and when needed!What you will be doing:

  • Lead, empower and develop the team and encourage communication.
  • Schedule team work to required timescales and service levels.
  • Set up and amend supplier details.
  • Own the planning implementation, to ensure the availability of required staff members
  • Ensure that agreed processes/standards/timescales/quality requirements are adhered to.
  • Identify and manage improvements within own area, particularly relating to automation.
  • Update and maintain data base, systems and documentation.
  • Collect and provide ad hoc statistical data reports.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel at intermediate level or above.
