Recruitment Assistant - Non Clinical RecruitmentHours: 37.5Base: TingleyContract:PermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Non Clinical Recruitment Placement Team.This role is primarily to support our consultants with the recruitment of Admin & Clerical and Estate & Facilities workers based in the Trusts. You will be involved in managing the Recruitment aspect, particularly the initial screening, for our clients (TheNHS Trusts) and candidates.We are looking for someone with a strong desire to succeed in a demanding and fast-paced environment, the following skills will be required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Database and IT Savvy
  • The desire to deliver a first class recruitment service
  • Must be willing to learn and expand comfort zones
