Job Description

Title: Quality and Improvement Lead Location: Hemel Hempstead, Tingley or remoteHours: 37.5 per week Contract: Fixed Term Contract until April 2021Please note: We are looking for someone who is available from 4th January 2021We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Improvement Lead (Clinical to come on board to support our Covid 19 Vaccine Recruitment Programme.This is a high profile programme which requires someone who is innovative and dynamic as well as strategic, tactical and forward thinking.The Quality and Improvement Lead (Clinical will be responsible for supporting the implementation of this programme from a workforce and quality perspective, providing quality assurance at each stage of the end to end recruitment process.We are looking for an independent thinker who can work closely with our recruitment teams and compliance partners, to ensure all processes are viewed through a clinical lens to ensure high quality recruitment, selection and training are adhered to.The successful candidate will ensure from a top level that the correct candidates are deployed into the right areas, and you will also act as a clinical advisor across the full programme.In addition to this, the successful candidate will work with our Chief Nurse to support other quality improvement projects across the business.About The CandidateAs the successful candidate, you will have:

  • A Nursing (NMC) or AHP equivalent registration, Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Demonstratable advanced theoretical, practical & specialist knowledge that meets the training and development requirements of the complex nature of the healthcare sector workforce
  • In-depth understanding of the learning and development needs of a wide range of healthcare staff groups
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Project management skills including the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented, with operational "hands-on" attitude
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
