About The RoleThe role of Co-ordinator will provide a high level, confidential, comprehensive administrative service to our bank members and all internal and external stakeholders. Assisting in the provision of a first class referral and in-life care service to bank members. - Ensuring the seamless on-going management of tasks related to bank member OH referrals and management of the administration of COVID Risk Assessments.Maintaining up to date reporting in relation to the OH service provider function and the COVID Health & Safety of our workforce.Supporting the team in maintaining and updating policies, processes and procedures relating to the management and wellbeing of our flexible workers from the initial recruitment stage and beyond.Respond to stakeholder feedback and concerns and when required work with all stakeholders to deliver effective complaints resolution.About The CandidateThe successful candidate will demonstrate clearly frontline customer service experience both by email telephone and face to face, with a high attention to detail and commitment to excellent service delivery.Excellent communicator, demonstrating personal driveacting as an ambassador for the OH Referral and In-life teamHave the ability to respond to last minute requests and deal with queries promptly and communicate closely with both Bank Members, the Team, internal and external stakeholders including the OH outsource provider. Working closely with our compliance and Bank Member HR teamsAbility to utilise multiple systems is required and intermediate excel, MS Word Powerpoint and outlook skills and flexibility to support the team with any other key activities which could be anything from contacting our Bank Members and ad hoc requests.About UsNHS Professionals (NHSP) is the market leader in managed flexible worker services.
