Job Description

About The RoleWork as part of a Clinical Governance team committed to continuous improvement for both flexible workers and our client Trusts.As a senior healthcare professional, the job holder will be responsible for the delivery of a Clinical Governance Liaison service to senior managers in a defined number of NHS client Trusts in line with the Clinical Governance Agenda.Using Strong leadership skills, the role will support the development of a learning environment for flexible workers working in the Mental Health Environment.Using experience and decision making the role will be responsible for a caseload of serious and complex clinical complaints involving Mental Health care workersThe primary responsibility of this role is to

  • Provide a continuous improvement service to Clinical governance
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert in Mental Health
  • Provide a liaison service for a designated number of Client Trusts
  • Support flexible workers in learning and development in relation to Mental Health settings
  • Have an awareness of Complaints and Incident procedures
  • About The CandidateThe successful candidate will have
  • Registered Nurse with current Registration
  • Evidence of recent CPD
  • Extensive experience at working in a Mental Health Trust
  • Calm, approachable and confident when dealing with challenging situations
  • Competency & person assessment skills
  • Literacy & document presentation
  • Computer skills
