This is an exciting time for the team, we are redefining corporate services for the NHS. B2C is a new marketing route for us, and we want to significantly expand our limited digital marketing activity.Certified as a "Great Place to Work", NHS SBS touches the lives of millions as the market leader and national provider of corporate services to the NHS. You will be working alongside an established Marketing and Communications team on a number of groundbreaking projects and sharing your expertise along the way! You will be working in collaboration with various in-house teams and external agencies, this broad-based role will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering marketing strategies and awareness-raising objectives of our B2C digital products. You’ll start with our HR app and your responsibilities will evolve as the business’ digital offering evolves.Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and delivery of marketing strategies and multi-channel campaign delivery across digital platforms (email, web, social media), video, events and print
  • Be passionate about enhancing NHS SBS’s reputation, leading the development of compelling content for a range of internal and external audiences (including clients and prospective clients, suppliers, consumers, key stakeholders and internal staff)
  • Use market insights to highlight opportunities to meet client needs via both existing product ranges and product and service development
  • Engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external knowledge sources to create an in-depth understanding of the business, its strategy and products, and the broader market in which it operates
  • Act as the team’s digital marketing expert, consulting on other projects and educating colleagues and stakeholders
  • Manage budgets associated with the delivery of marketing and communications activities
  • Required Skills:You need to have:
  • Degree qualified and/or CIM qualified
  • Working experience within product marketing
  • Outstanding digital marketing skills and understanding (paid/organic, SEO, social, customer journey management, best practice, analytics etc.)
  • Proven experience of developing, delivering and evaluating successful marketing strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management, and the presence and personality to engage with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • It would be great if you had:
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience
  • NHS/ public sector experience
