Job Description

Title: Marketing Communications ManagerLocation: Hemel Hempstead/TingleyHours: 37.5 per weekContract: Fixed Term Contract: 6 MonthsWe have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager (with proven B2B and B2C experience) to come on board to support our Workforce management programmesThe programmes are run on behalf of our key NHS partners, the programmes are designed to identify and secure longer term career opportunities for those healthcare professionals who would like to remain working within the NHS as we emerge from the pandemic.The programmes require someone who is innovative and dynamic as well as strategic and forward thinking. This role is well suited to a person who really enjoys creating engaging written communications and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for all communication sent out to candidates, clients and suppliers during the end to end engagement process; clear and regular communications are fundamental to successful project deliveryWe are looking for someone who can create and deliver clear communications across every touch point, working in conjunction with our technology partners to deliver messages via various platforms ensuring the successful and seamless recruitment or re-engagement of these Bank Members.We are looking for someone with project management experience within marketing who has the ability to produce associated communication documents and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Project management skills including the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Excellent writing and sub-editing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented with both B2B and B2C experience, and an operational "hands-on" attitude
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Flexible and able to work in a changing environment
  • Experience in collaboration with product management or customer service teams
