The successful postholder will liaise with internal departments and stakeholders as well as our external OH provider andbe responsible for ensuring fully compliant policies, processes and procedures are in place relating to the management and wellbeing of our Bank Members workers from the initial recruitment stage and beyond.About The CandidateSkills/Responsibilities:To apply for this post, you will:

  • Be a registered Clinical Professional
  • Support and deputise for the Clinical Lead working with our OH Provider
  • Have previous experience of managing a team
  • Have intermediate / advanced MS Office Skills
  • Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Be a confident communicator whether that be in person, in writing or on the phone
  • Have personal drive for high work standards/excellence.
  • Be a team player
  • Manage a caseload of Health Interviews for those bank members assessed as high risk and manage the onward referral process as required.
