Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Clinical Lead OH Referral & In Life CareLocation: Hemel Hempstead, Tingley or Home basedSalary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annumContract: PermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Clinical Lead to join the OH Referral & In-life Care team.The successful applicant will support the Clinical Lead in liaising with internal departments, stakeholders and our external OH provider, ensuring fully compliant policies, processes and procedures are in place relating to the management and well being of our bank members from the initial recruitment stage and beyond.The post holder will also be managing the OH Referral & In -life care Senior Support Officer Team.About The CandidateThe successful candidate will have:

  • Degree level qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge and handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrable supervisor team management experience
  • Experience of relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Evidence of influencing skills working with colleagues
  • Effective Communicator and the ability to communicate complex difficult & sensitive information
  • Emotionally Intelligent demonstrable ability to build lasting professional relationships with departmental stakeholders
  • Demonstrable skills delivering a process driven service
  • Supervisory experience managing a team.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority including.
  • Evidence of and influencing skills with colleagues you do not manage
  • Involving service users in service development.
